üks suur sibul, kuubikuteks

suur porgand, kuubikuteks

stick seller, kuubikuteks

4 küüslauguküünt, hakitud

a teaspoon of dried oregano

2 tl kuivatatud purustatud tšillipipar (kui sulle meeldib vürtsikas!)

taimeõli

soola ja pipart

2 spl tumedat sojakastet

a teaspoon of Marmite (vabatahtlik)

2 spl tomatipastat

60g (2 untsi) jahutatud sojahakkliha

a tablespoon of smoked paprika

400g (14 untsi) võib tomateid

400g (14 untsi) saab aeduba (netokaal 240 g või 8 ja 1/2 untsi)

Meetod

Sweat the onion, carrot, celery and garlic on a low heat in a lidded saucepan with some vegetable oil and salt stirring occasionally

Sweat for 10 kuni 15 minutes or until the onion has softened

Lisama 2 tl (või vähem, this is quite spicy!) kuivatatud tšillipipar, and the oregano

Lisa 100ml (3 ja 1/2 vedeliku untsi) Vee, bring to the boil and simmer with the lid on for 10 protokoll

Add the tin of tomatoes, sojakaste, tomato puree and paprika, stir and bring back to the boil. Stir in the soya mince and drained kidney beans

Simmer until the carrot have softened, stirring occasionally and adding more water if necessary
