as a consolation for your appalling meal, i have to tell you that the picture you have taken of the dancers is really amazing..
last year, in Seville, i was trying to take some stills of the action at the Flamenco Museum, but i miserably failed, for various reasons::
1 it was very dark
2 was using a compact camera with standard small useless lenses
3 it was forbidden taking photos, so i had to be sneaky, and couldn’t use the flash..
i could have gone to some other place where the meal was included, and the pictures were easier to take, but had instead a very expensive dinner at Egana Oriza, and then went to see the best show in town..
so, horrible pictures, but a night never to forget….
sometimes you can’t just have it all..

Thank you! I loved Cuba. I just saw your piece on Macau. I was recently there too and really enjoyed it. I was only there for a few days so I visited the historical areas and did a mad casino dash!
ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು! The dinner was a definite low light. I advise anyone going to see this cabaret to eat elsewhere first. The room was plush and intimate and we had a great table and cameras are definitely allowed so I didnt have your disadvantage of having to hide small inadequate equipment! Having said that I love flamenco and prefer that to cabaret extravaganzas and I went to Sevilla and didnt do that! Well its not so far and I have an excuse to go back there!
Hi Karen great information about hivang an attitude of gratitude. It makes such a difference to have a positive attitude in life and reminding ourselves about the things we are greatful for helps when that negative day comes along.
