螺丝粉用辣椒和蚕豆

成份 为 2

2 蒜瓣, 肉末

a teaspoon of dried chilli

1/2 一茶匙干牛至

3 辣椒 (青椒。, capsicums), red, yellow and orange, 切片

龙舌兰花蜜一茶匙 (or other sweetener)

2 或 3 tablespoons of jarred jalapenos (可选)

200克 (or however much you usually use) of fusilli

2 handfuls of frozen broad beans

4 或 5 basil leaves

盐和胡椒

橄榄油

半个柠檬的汁

方法

Sweat the sliced peppers in a dash of olive oil in a large pan for about 10 分钟, when softened add the garlic, dried chilli, dried oregano, agave nectar and season with salt and pepper

In the meantime cook the pasta for 9 分钟 (or according to the packet instructions), 后 5 minutes add the frozen broad beans to the simmering pasta water, turn up the heat to bring back to the boil before reducing to a simmer again

Ladle a few tablespoons of the pasta water into the pan with the peppers and stir

Drain the pasta and beans and tip into the pan with the peppers, tear the basil leaves and scatter over the pasta, stir through

配上沙拉叶, more black pepper, 柠檬汁, a drizzle of olive oil and top with the jarred jalapenos (可选)
