고추와 넓은 콩 Fusilli

This is a delicious, colourful easy to prepare dish. Peppers are bursting with antioxidants, vitamin B6 and magnesium, a combination thought to reduced anxiety.

고추와 넓은 콩 Fusilli

재료 용 2

2 다진 마늘, 다진 것

건조 고추의 작은 술

1/2 말린 오레가노의 작은 술

3 후추 (벨 후추, capsicums), red, yellow and orange, 슬라이스

a teaspoon of agave nectar (or other sweetener)

2 또는 3 tablespoons of jarred jalapenos (옵션)

200지 (or however much you usually use) of fusilli

2 handfuls of frozen broad beans

4 또는 5 basil leaves

소금과 후추

올리브 오일

절반 레몬의 주스

방법

Sweat the sliced peppers in a dash of olive oil in a large pan for about 10 분, when softened add the garlic, dried chilli, dried oregano, agave nectar and season with salt and pepper

In the meantime cook the pasta for 9 분 (or according to the packet instructions), 후 5 minutes add the frozen broad beans to the simmering pasta water, turn up the heat to bring back to the boil before reducing to a simmer again

Ladle a few tablespoons of the pasta water into the pan with the peppers and stir

Drain the pasta and beans and tip into the pan with the peppers, tear the basil leaves and scatter over the pasta, stir through

샐러드 잎 봉사, more black pepper, 레몬의 스퀴즈, a drizzle of olive oil and top with the jarred jalapenos (옵션)
